It’s Dinography’s 10th birthday – and what a ride it’s been. We’ve just launched our brand new website, and we’re looking forward to an exciting second half of 2016. The past ten years of business have been fantastic for Dinography. We’ve enjoyed rapid yet sustainable growth, collaborated with many wonderful clients and we’re fortunate enough to provide our unique property media services to many of Australia’ best real estate brands on an ongoing basis.
We’ve really worked hard to get to where we are today as a team. Dinography put our all into everything we do – whether it’s a property microsite to boost real estate listing interactivity, or production of our signature visually engaging floorplans – we’ve strived to continue developing our offerings as a business. Our friendly team has expanded, and we’re immensely proud to be able to offer our elite level of customer service and client support.
If you’re wondering why our site looks all shiny and new, it’s because our new branding is all shiny and new! Hey, we thought we’d treat ourselves – a little makeover to celebrate our 10th year. And that’s not all that’s new. We’ve moved into a brand new headquarters in Notting Hill spanning 325sqm, and our updated internet technology gives us the high speeds we need to continue delivering our work in lightning fast speed and definition.
We’re On Wheels!
Another nugget of news from Dinography HQ is the deployment of our all-new Nissan XTrail pole photography vehicle. Look out for us on the roads of Victoria in our fully branded Dinography wheels! Our passion is shaking up real estate marketing, sourcing new ways of showcasing our clients’ properties beyond the traditional static photograph. Real estate videography is becoming more prevalent in the market, driving the future of property marketing as vendors and buyers want true engagement from their media. This contemporary approach to advertising real estate makes properties more memorable, and we’re delighted that so many of the agencies we represent have embraced videography in their marketing schedules.
Over the last ten years, technology has evolved immensely – and Dinography have taken full advantage of cutting edge digital solutions. We’ve launched our 3D virtual tours, transforming the experiential consumption of the real estate market here in Australia. Dinography have also developed virtual staging technology, allowing vendors to present their property with cost-effective virtual furnishings. This unique offering saves funds and labour in purchasing or renting furniture to market a vacant property, allowing vendors to best demonstrate the stylish lifestyle that comes with their home.
Innovation is something that’s hugely important to Dinography. One of our key drivers is to provide state of the art real estate media technology to our clients, adopting the best early technologies as they develop. That’s why we’ve been developing our sister company, SkySight, to support Dinography’s existing real estate offerings. SkySight marks a change in how properties are presented to market, specialising in drone aerial photography and videography – ideal for showcasing luxurious properties on large land, or impressive commercial sites from above. It’s these steps Dinography are taking that will cement our place as a market leader in Australia’s property marketing industry.
